Koofr is cloud storage from Koofr d.o.o., a Slovenian company that keeps files in EU data centers and does not use trackers or ads. You get web, desktop, and mobile apps plus WebDAV and rclone access, and you can connect existing Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive accounts to browse, search, and move files between them from one place. Koofr Vault, an open-source, client-side encrypted add-on that is rclone-compatible, is included in all Koofr plans.
Other tools include file versioning, two-way desktop sync, automatic mobile photo backup, public and receive links, a duplicate file finder, space usage analysis, and Microsoft Office for the web. Our owner is a long-time Koofr lifetime user, and the account was still working well in October 2026. The feature we value most is connecting Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive inside Koofr and moving files between them on Koofr's side, a bit like rclone without using home bandwidth. Our owner uses it less now because they also have a 5 TB Google One plan.
The StackSocial deal is 1 TB of Koofr storage for life at $199.99 (suggested price $810). Code KOOFR brought it to $159.99 on October 21, 2026, and sale periods have pushed it to $129.99 (for example, through October 11, 2026). Koofr's own 1 TB plan costs 10 EUR/month, billed yearly. You need a free Koofr account to redeem, each person can redeem only one lifetime code, and you must redeem within 15 days. Lifetime access follows Koofr's terms of service and inactivity policy. More space is a paid in-account upgrade: in October 2026 our owner's account offered Lifetime 2.5 TB for 299 EUR.
