Inro is an AI agent that answers Instagram DMs and comments in your voice. It turns comments, story replies, mentions, and ad leads into automated DM conversations, qualifies leads, captures emails and phone numbers, and stores every contact in a built-in CRM. It runs on Meta's official API as a Meta-approved Tech Provider, so it does not use the unofficial automation methods that carry ban risk. Setup takes about five minutes: connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, pick a template, and activate, with no code required.
The AppSumo deal has five lifetime tiers that differ in activated contacts, AI credits, accounts, seats, and campaigns: Tier 1 (Creator, $59) covers 1 account with 500 contacts and 200 AI credits a month; Tier 2 (Creator Pro, $119) covers 2 accounts with 3,600 contacts and 1,400 credits; Tier 3 (Business, $299) covers 4 accounts with 20,000 contacts and 8,000 credits and is AppSumo's recommended tier; Tier 4 (Scale, $499) covers 8 accounts with 112,000 contacts and 40,000 credits; Tier 5 (Agency, $799) covers 20 accounts with 600,000 contacts and 200,000 credits. All tiers map to the vendor Pro plan, including future Pro plan updates. Each AI message costs 1 credit, credits reset monthly, and BYOK with your own OpenAI key is included from Tier 2. The deal is only for brand-new Inro users, and codes do not stack.
Of 20 AppSumo reviews, all 20 are 5 tacos. The vendor sells Pro from 12.99 euros a month on a metered basis (you pay for activated contacts, with no cap by default) and an Annual Pro plan at 1,249 euros a year for 10,000+ active contacts; neither matches the deal tiers' fixed caps, so no yearly regular price is stated here. Inro was founded on 23 September 2023 in France by Pierre and Etienne, who previously worked together in e-commerce and marketing for over six years, and the deal page states the agent is used by 10,000+ creators and brands.
