You can send one prompt to up to four models and compare the answers, share threads where teammates co-prompt, comment, and tag each other, and chat with documents, images, audio, and video. A layered memory system (organization, project, folder, personal, and thread memory) keeps answers grounded in your company's docs and past work. Since launch the team has added web search and deep research with reasoning controls, BYOK, 100+ native app integrations such as Gmail, Notion, and Slack, MCP support, and agentic execution that can search, generate images, and build charts. Admin features include role-based access, audit logs, and usage reports.
The AppSumo deal is a one-time purchase with 6 tiers, all mapped to the AI Adoption plan. Usage runs on monthly AI credits, which are priced by the real cost of each model; WorkLLM estimates 200 to 300 mixed interactions per 800 credits. Tier 1 ($79) gives 800 credits per month and 1 user, without AI agents. Tier 2 ($179) gives 2,000 credits, 5 users, and adds AI agents. Tier 3 ($299) gives 4,000 credits and 15 users. Tiers 4 to 6 ($589, $799, $999) give unlimited users with 8,000, 11,000, or 14,000 credits per month. Future AI models may cost extra or require an add-on.
