ProposalKit is web-based proposal software for freelancers and small studios. You describe the job in plain language, an AI picker suggests a matching template with a short reason, and you edit text blocks and a pricing table. Any line item can be an optional add-on, and an add-on can start pre-selected; the client ticks add-ons on and off and the total updates live.
Clients open a share link (with an optional password and expiry date), type their name, tick an agreement box, and accept without creating an account. The proposal then locks, the owner's Activity panel records the signer's name, time, IP address, and totals, and the downloadable PDF ends with an acceptance audit page. Client view and emails come in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Tier 3 adds white-label and one webhook endpoint with a signing secret.
The lifetime deal is sold directly by the vendor. Tier 1 ($49) covers 1 user and 10 saved templates. Tier 2 ($98) adds 3 users, unlimited saved templates, and a custom proposal link. Tier 3 ($147) adds 10 users, white-label, and webhooks. Every tier includes unlimited proposals, PDF, password and expiry, email notifications, and 20 AI picker requests a day. Upgrades cost the difference. ProposalKit (proposalkit.org (opens in new tab)) is not affiliated with Proposal Kit, Inc. (proposalkit.com (opens in new tab)).
Disclosure: ProposalKit gave LTD Explorer a free Tier 3 license to test. We sent test proposals and accepted them as a signed-out client; we have not used it with paying clients.
